My first time in was great. Sushi Republic is small and very cozy, with a perfect selection of rolls, sashimi, and just a few entrees. The woman greeting at the door had the nicest smile and the service was very fast and efficient. All of my rolls were just enough and I'll try the Tempura Desserts next time! Arigato!

The Ramen took me back to NYC, flavorful light and the pork belly was delicious and tender! A+++ We look forward to coming back and tearing it up again! We also got the teriyaki salmon, udon noodles, fried rice, shrimp shumai steamed, chicken katsu and a dragon roll, all of it was on point and delicious! Thank you all for your delicious food!
